Oh man, have you heard about Gloria’s? They’re about to open a new spot at Commercial Bay! I can’t believe they closed their K Road location, but honestly, I’ve got high hopes for this new venture.
If you’re in Auckland, you must try their sandwiches. Seriously, some of them are massive, and loaded with fresh ingredients. A friend told me that their focaccia is a game changer!
And don’t get me started on the cookies. I had a burnt butter one once and, wow, just wow! That salt flake on top? Perfection. They also whip up pizza al taglio, which apparently is worth a visit alone.
Want a quick bite? Perfect! They’ve got takeout options, or if you prefer, you can settle in. The vibe? Super casual and welcoming. Plus, they’ve got outdoor seating for those sunny Auckland days, which is always nice.
