If you’re cruising through Wairau Valley in Auckland, you might stumble upon Harbour City Liquor Centre. It’s right at 75 View Road. Quite the spot if you’re in a pinch for your favorite drink.
Now, I’ve heard mixed things about this place, but let’s focus on the good bits. They have some pretty neat specials on certain days, which can save you a couple of bucks if you happen to drop by. Plus, they scan your Air New Zealand Airmiles card—how cool is that? Instant miles just for picking up a six-pack or whatever your poison may be.
The interior of the store? It’s not half bad. The layout is decent, making it easy to find what you’re after. And hey, you can park for free, which is always a win in crowded areas. Oh, and I noticed they’ve got a wheelchair-accessible entrance too. That’s something that doesn’t often get a shoutout, but it’s nice to see!
