So, I stumbled upon Henrik’s Coffee the other day. Nestled right on Beach Road in Auckland, this little stand is nothing short of a gem. Seriously, it’s like finding a treasure chest in the middle of the sea!
Once I wandered in, the aroma hit me. Honestly, I could’ve sworn the clouds parted and angels sang. The barista? Super knowledgeable, which is refreshing. You can tell they love what they do.
I’ve gotta mention the coffee. Wow. If it’s not the best I’ve ever had, it’s definitely in the top two. They’ve got some neat options for paying too—credit cards, debit cards, and even those swanky NFC mobile payments.
But, here’s the catch: they’re only open a few days a week. Tuesday through Saturday, that’s your window! So, if you find yourself in Waiake, do yourself a favor. Swing by Henrik’s Coffee and treat yourself. Trust me, you won’t regret it.
