If you’re rolling through Kaitaia, you can’t skip KFC on Commerce Street. Seriously, I mean it. Their Colonel’s secret recipe has been satisfying cravings for over 50 years, and it shows.
I swung by the other day, and goodness, the staff were just lovely. Super welcoming! It’s casual inside, clean too, which is a nice touch. Got my Wicked Wings—so good! Plus, I saw families hanging out and munching on their Zinger burgers. Just great vibes.
What about the service? Well, it can be a mixed bag. Some say it’s a bit slow, but hey, good food takes time, right? Plus, I’m all about that drive-thru life when I’m in a rush. They have that option, or you can chill inside. Honestly, whether it’s a quick snack or a family feast, you’ll find something tasty.
